Thought the other familes might find the following announcement amusing. We have sent it to family and friends as they have been eager to keep updated on our new puppy.
"Miss Beatrix Potter, née Flower Girl, will be receiving visitors after August 25, at home in Boston. She will be 10 weeks old on Monday and loves to meet new people, but no other dogs quite yet.
Miss Beatrix's mother is Miss Harriet Potter, at home, at the Tabor Family Homestead with Joyce and Carl Tabor, North Berwick, Maine. Her maternal grandmother, Miss Annabelle Doodle, also lives at the Tabor Family Homestead. Miss Beatrix's father is Zaccheus, known as "Zack", who is employed as a stud for Connecticut Labradoodles, Marion, Connecticut, where Zack resides."
We are thrilled about adopting Beatrix. She already has enriched our lives.
