FIVE WEEKS for the Daisy x Thaddeus Litter!

Boy, it surely has been busy around here with visitors, pup room changes, laundry and a new website learning curve.  I am beat!!

Happily, the pups are eating three solid meals per day and thriving.  They like the 'busy mat' on their cot bed because it is like have twin bunks - room to sleep on the bottom and the top.  They also like being able to crawl underneath it for 'peek a boo'.

They have really opened up to all the strangers coming by for visits.  Many climbing up on laps, sucking on fingers and even giving some kisses.  Soon those horrible needle-like teeth will erupt full force and then we are at the 'ouchies stage'.

Daisy goes in and out at will to check on them but not often to nurse.  Her milk has really reduced easily and she is perfectly happy for me to do all the potty cleaning now as well.

They love to climb the Lil Tykes Ladder, tug toys, chew on the frame of the cot and each other.

Hopefully, we will get some decent weather for them to get a sniff of the outdoors for a few minutes.

Today, they have on their bibs as lunch was being served right after I finished all the pics.  It was late due to the many retakes!  Sorry about that.

My projection for mature puppy weights is as follows:  Blue Boy will be the largest and probably hit 30 lbs. or so.  Those around 3 or so pounds will be in the 25 to 28 lb. range and those in the 2 lb. range will be 25 lbs. or under.

Blue Boy - 4  3/4 lbs.

Orange Boy - 3 lbs.

Red Boy - 4  1/4 lbs.

Fudge Girl - 2  1/2 lbs.

Yellow Girl - 2  1/2 lbs.

Black Girl - 3 lbs.

Purple Girl - 2  1/2 lbs.

Green Boy - 2  1/2 lbs.

Pink Girl - 3  1/4 lbs.

Rose Girl - 3  3/4 lbs.

I am trying to figure out how to upload a video as well, but my brain is fried today.  Maybe with any luck, I will figure it out tomorrow after Elsie and Duckie mating.

  2. They look like tiny superheroes wearing capes!
It’s nice Daisy is getting a bit of a break. But since you’ve taken on some of her chores plus everything else, you should be wearing a superwoman cape, too ;)
