Yesterday, her guardians and I went to the vets to get Camden x-rayed to see how many pups she may be whelping. The x-ray showed six! We are very proud and happy that Camden's mating with our little guy, Percy Jaxon has produced such a perfect number.
Obviously, our 'Inn' is feeling quite full with our 4 doodle pets plus Pearl and her litter; but these babies will not be born outside in a manger. The comforts of my office will be where our new apricot/white babies will be born.
Jaxon is an apricot Tuxedo marked fellow and Camden carries for the parti gene, so this should be both a colorful and fun litter in mini to medium sizes. It won't be long (days) before this litter will enter our world. These pups will be perfect for families with children as both parents are energetic and loving. List is open. :+)
Oh, lordy, you know I want on the list lol! There's lots of talk these days about a new 4-legged member of the household, hopefully in a mini version. We'll have to wait a little longer, though - I want our lives to be a little more settled before bringing in a mini :-) Albert loves the chaos, and is always happy to be in the middle of it all. When he was a pup, and a new member of our home, however, we were able to keep things calm and simple, and I think that really helped his transition into our lives. I'd like to give the same to any new pup!
