Well, Brinkley's babies are now in their new homes!

I had to wait until this morning's pick up so I could do them all at once.  One family was camping here in Maine and was heading south today.  They have another older ADNE doodle and wanted to add a second now that Daisy is all trained and will be a good model.  :+)

May I present the new ADNE families!!

I think you can recognize the family wanting a second doodle!  Arlo, who is sweet, gentle

and compliant to both humans and other dogs will enjoy a playmate.

Miss Bonnie will add lots of cuteness and smiles to her new owners.

Ruby will be her new owners best friend and companion and enjoy her daily walks.

As soon as you meet Frodo Waggins, you just HAVE to smile.  Lots of people

will be smiling when they meet this fella.  :+)

Just know the first few days will be filled with many potty breaks and getting to know each other.  Please have patience and bestow lots of love on your new buddy.  Both of you need time for bonding and to learn the ropes.  Enjoy the adventure.  :+) Joyce
  

I have a puppy available! UPDATE: SOLD

Unfortunately, one of the buyers for a pup from the Brinkley x Diesel litter has had to move to a different litter due to timing.  

If anyone on my Waitlist is interested, please contact me via email privately.  I have been reaching out to my list of people but it is a long process to wait for answers - especially during the summer when so many are out and about.  So, I decided to simply open it up to everyone who has sent in an application.

Per my website, I assign your puppy based on what you wrote on your application which is why I will not be accepting any NEW applications for this pup.  The pick up date is JULY 2ND - A FRIDAY!  I know it is a tough time to add a new pup to your family given that it is a holiday weekend.

If any of you show interest, payment, in full, will be required.  I have two males and two females.  Check out their pics here on the AnnaBlog.  All will be mediums ranging from about 30 to 40 lbs. at maturity.

Can you believe it - SEVEN WEEKS already! (Brinkley x Diesel)

Since the weather has been rather nice, the pups are outside in their pen most of the day.  They get fed out there as well.  Several times, I let them out of their 'safe' pen and let them run around the full pup play-yard with Gabriel.  They just love it.  Gabe really tires them out and they are happy to go back into the smaller pen for a rest.  (Gabe takes a rest too.)

Here they are ready to come out and romp, wrestle and run!

I could not figure out where I wanted to take their pics this morning and tried several places and finally decided on the Playskool slide.  At least it had a flat area to try and get them to sit - not always an easy thing to do!!

They are a lovely bunch of pups and people who have visited want to 'take them all'!  I am always so happy to hear this as I know any of them will be a great addition to their home.  :+)

SIX WEEKS and counting down! BRINKLEY X DIESEL LITTER

 What a difference in temperatures!  Today, I was wearing pants and a long sleeved shirt.  Thankfully, it was cool enough for me to get most of the cut tree branches out of our pool area - almost done!!

The pups watch me go back and forth over and over as they could see me through the fence slats.  I think I kept them entertained.  :+)

Gabriel, on the other hand, gets his exercise by trying to interact with them in their small pen.  Many times he either grabs one of their toes or their nose if they put them outside the fence holes.  Sometimes I wonder who is entertaining whom?  Either way, they get their exercise!

Well...CHIP, who weighs 7 1/4 lbs. just wanted to duck into the pail and hide!  It took several tries

to finally get one of his face - barely! Such a big baby.

Brinkley x Diesel Litter - Week 3!

 At this time, they are moving a bit more, still not 'walking' per se, but getting there!  Eyes are open, they startle easily, are uncertain when picked up and let me know when they need some fresh air or the fan turned on!  They complain!  :+). Trust me, all normal.

Once they are four weeks and older, the action starts.  Pics will be more animated and my job gets harder as once pups are truly mobile, they need more stimulation, food, clean up and visitors begin making appointments.  I get busy.

Here are their three week pics.  I chose one of our birdbaths (without the water!) and they barely fit in it.  These pups are rugged!  When I think of it, Gabriel at 11 weeks is now 6 1/2 lbs. and these guys are close to 3 and 4+ pounds at THREE WEEKS!

Brinkley & Diesel's pups are two weeks old today!

They have settled into the Puppy Room enjoying some of the sunshine and listening to all the other doodles and house noises.

Gabriel likes having them 'next door' to his pen.  :+). Brinkley comes and goes as she pleases.  Their eyes and ears have just started opening but they need more time to focus and see well.  

They are plump and content.

Great News!!! Brinkley's mating to Diesel was a success!!

 The happy news was well received by Brinkley, her guardians and myself!  I was hopeful but the breeding days were a bit hectic and Diesel was a bit shy about meeting his girlfriend.  Brinkley was a great 'hostess' though and was patient.  :+)

This is a pic of the Ultra Sound done today.  Those dark 'circular' lumps are tiny fetuses.  There could be around six in all but we will not know for sure until she delivers.  I will be contacting those in her file to see if they are committed or have moved on.
