Our two year old grandson, Pilot, had his first experience with newborns today. He was so gentle. Pilot has been brought up to love and respect all types of animals and to treat them properly. His good upbringing shows. :+)

Yes, he is very lucky indeed. We don't see him as often as we would like as he lives in another state, so the time he is here is very precious. He just loves riding with 'me Gramps' (as he calls my husband) on the farm tractor - even in the blustery cold weather we had today. :+) He has a cat called 'Tuna' and he is very gentle to her as well.
I believe children that are raised with animals grow up to be so much more tolerant and caring.
