The crew. 'Can we go out, please'?
(Black, Purple, Rainbow, Teal and Green)

Except for yesterday with the wind and the heavy rain, the pups have been outdoors a lot.  This week most of them have mastered the dogie door and Black Boy and Rainbow Girl LOVE using it to go in and out numerous times.  Teal Boy and Green Boy are a bit more intimidated by it but have garnered up the courage to go in and out.  Purple Girl paws at it with a vengeance to get entrance back into the pup room.  I have to laugh at the emerging personalities.  I can tell you that Black Boy is confident, full of the wiggles and loves a challenge.  Green Boy wants to be near you all the time.  Purple Girl is a nice blend of 'maybe I will and maybe I won't'.  Teal Boy has a lot of confidence as well and Rainbow Girl still likes to be close but is not what I would call timid.

It will be fun to see what the trainer thinks when she tests them out in a week or so.

I would like to add that I took them for a car ride today (Friday, October 10th) and they did exceptionally well.  No crying, no vomiting, no wet muzzles!  I am not guaranteeing they will be perfect in the future but I am VERY pleased so far.  :+)  At least three more car rides are in their future so let's hope this continues.

  1. We love the photos of the puppies! Each puppy is so unique and adorable. It is amazing how much bigger they are since we saw them about 1 1/2 weeks ago! Can't wait to see them again soon!
    Thanks,
    Sullivan family

  2. They are now 'little dogs'. Their teeth work perfectly as they grab everything in site; and the coats are coming in beautifully. Their eyebrows are forming and eyelashes growing long - so much fun to watch them 'evolve'.
